Ciao, è con grande emozione ed entusiasmo

 che pubblico la prima versione ufficiale di Napuland!

Forse per te che leggi sarà solo un comune videogioco, ma per me e per le persone a me vicine, è stato un vero e proprio viaggio altalenante, pieno di momenti frustranti, ma anche tantissime soddisfazioni personali, occasioni di crescita interiore e nuove amicizie.

Ringrazio di vero cuore tutti quelli che hanno creduto nel mio progetto già dai primi post che ho pubblicato sui social e, anche con una semplice parola gentile, mi hanno incoraggiato a perseguire questo piccolo sogno.

Napuland non è sicuramente un gioco perfetto, ma è ancora un viaggio in divenire e, grazie anche a te che leggi, spero che questo progetto possa crescere sempre di più!

Il gioco si divide in tre livelli: Vesuvio, Strada,Castello.

Trama:

Una bellissima città ricca di storia, arte e cultura, baciata dal sole e accarezzata dal mare, piena di colori e bellezze naturali di ogni tipo, è la casa di un popolo caloroso, allegro e fantasioso che ama la vita, l’amore e la poesia: i napulandesi. L’idillio dei napulandesi viene brutalmente distrutto da alcune entità malefiche, i Lutam, che, invidiose della bellezza paradisiaca della città e della gioia dei suoi cittadini, decidono di degradare la città possedendo e trasformando gli abitanti in esseri arroganti, ignoranti, violenti e presuntuosi, dando così vita a una nuova specie sub-umana: i Cuozzi. A Napuland, ora, coesistono due realtà opposte e ben distinte: i napulandesi, che amano la propria città e vorrebbero godersi la sua arte e bellezza in un clima di profonda pace e armonia, e i cuozzi, posseduti dai Lutam, che hanno il solo scopo di umiliare il popolo e oltraggiare la dignità di Napuland. I Lutam, che si nutrono del dolore dei napulandesi per infliggere loro maggiore sofferenza, rapiscono Pulcinella, il simbolo in maschera di Napuland, e lo rinchiudono in una cella segreta del castello dell’Ovis. Con questo ennesimo attacco allo spirito dei napulandesi, i Lutam hanno messo in ginocchio la città e, infiltrandosi in gran parte del tessuto sociale e politico, ricoprono ormai anche ruoli di potere. La disperazione dei napulandesi è così grande che tocca il cuore di Amelia, una fattucchiera che vive in cima al Vesuvio e decide di intervenire per rendere giustizia al popolo buono di Napuland. Così, con un incantesimo, racchiude tutte le preghiere e le speranze del popolo napulandese in un corno portafortuna e, dopo aver invocato le forze benefiche del dio Vesuvius, getta il corno nel cratere del vulcano il quale, dopo un tumultuoso risveglio, partorisce dalla lava il giustiziere di Napuland: Napuel, l’El di Napuland.

Perhaps for you who are reading this it will only be a common video game, but for me and the people close to me, it has been a real rollercoaster ride, full of frustrating moments, but also many personal satisfactions, opportunities for inner growth, and new friendships.

I sincerely thank everyone who believed in my project from the very first posts I published on social media and who, even with a simple kind word, encouraged me to pursue this little dream.

Napuland is certainly not a perfect game, but it is still a journey in progress, and thanks also to you who are reading this, I hope that this project can grow more and more!

The game is divided into three levels: Vesuvio, Strada, Castello.

Plot:

Napuland, a beautiful city full of history, art, and culture, kissed by the sun and caressed by the sea, filled with colors and natural beauties of every kind, is home to a warm, cheerful, and imaginative people who love life, love, and poetry: the Napulandese.

The idyll of the Napulandese is brutally destroyed by malevolent entities, the Lutam, who, envious of the paradisiacal beauty of the city and the joy of its citizens, decide to degrade the city by possessing and transforming its inhabitants into arrogant, ignorant, violent, and presumptuous beings, thus giving rise to a new sub-human species: the Cuozzi.

In Napuland, now, two opposing and well-defined realities coexist: the Napulandese, who love their city and would like to enjoy its art and beauty in an atmosphere of profound peace and harmony, and the Cuozzi, possessed by the Lutam, whose sole purpose is to humiliate the people and outrage the dignity of Napuland.

The Lutam, who feed on the pain of the Napulandese to inflict greater suffering, kidnap Pulcinella, the masked symbol of Napuland, and imprison him in a secret cell of the Ovis castle.

With this umpteenth attack on the spirit of the Napulandese, the Lutam have brought the city to its knees and, infiltrating much of the social and political fabric, now hold positions of power. The despair of the Napulandese is so great that it touches the heart of Amelia, a sorceress who lives atop Vesuvius and decides to intervene to bring justice to the good people of Napuland. Thus, with a spell, she encloses all the prayers and hopes of the Napulandese people in a lucky horn and, after invoking the benevolent forces of the god Vesuvius, throws the horn into the volcano’s crater, which, after a tumultuous awakening, gives birth from the lava to the avenger of Napuland: Napuel, the El of Napuland.

Napuel is a divine entity created from the union of the consciousness of the Napulandese people and the vital power of the Vesuvius volcano. The superhero must overcome various challenges to counter the dark forces of the Lutam, free Pulcinella, and restore Napuland to its original splendor.
